Carla was born May 22, 1969 in Bartlesville, OK along with her twin Darla, to Jack Herbert and Madelyn Carol (Haddock) Miller and big sister Sheryl.
She graduated from Bartlesville High School in 1987. Carla attended the University of Oklahoma and earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She went to work for Southwest Airlines as customer service agent for 26 years, partly in OKC and partly in Ontario, CA.
Carla had two sons that were the joys of her life, Jackson Bradley Walsh and Mason Stephen Walsh. Her time was spent between working hard at the airport to raise these two wonderful boys as a single Mom, and attending their many activities.
Carla had such joy for life, family, and friends. She never met a stranger and was the first to offer help to anyone in need. She stayed in contact with so many people who passed through her life, truly caring about each one of them. Her favorite place in the world was the beach. She would spend as much time as she could there, watching the waves.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Carol Miller, both sets of grandparents, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Carla is survived by her children Jackson Walsh and Mason Walsh, her sisters, Sheryl Hamilton and husband Boyd Hamilton, and Darla Miller, nephews Connor Hamilton, Chase Hamilton and Cooper Hamilton and many cousins.
