Wilma Carlene Estell, 80, of Wellston, OK, passed to eternal life on August 27, 2026. She was born on February 26, 1946, in Willow Springs, Missouri. She married Charles Wayne Estell on November 8, 1961, and they had 4 children in a union that lasted 52 years.
Together they owned and operated, “Charlie’s Rebuilt Air Conditioners”, business for 42 years. They built six houses together and were a great team from designing, to every detail.
Carlene loved scrapbooking and family photos, and was the family historian. She loved making scrapbooking kits for her daughter Carrie’s Pre K class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl W. Collins and Helen R. Puckett-Richardson; her husband; Charles Wayne Estell, son; Clifford Lloyd Estell, brother; Clinton Dale Clark, and sister; Shirley Elaine Kelley.
She is survived by a son; Charles Lee Estell and wife Lela, of Calumet, OK, and daughters, Cheryl Estell and husband Rick, of Moore, OK, and Carrie Smith and husband Daniel, of Wellston,OK; sister; Betty R. Clark-Sterner, of Cabool, Missouri, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Bill Eisenhour at Sunny Lane Chapel, on September 3, 2026, in Del City, OK.
