He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and enjoyed OSU Football, and upholstering and restoring old cars.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Christina “Tina” Taylor; and brother, Roy Taylor. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Judy; daughter, Tonia Cook; granddaughters, Ashly Prieto and husband Daniel, Chloe Cook; nephews, Tim and David Resar; and his dog, Buddy.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
