Charles Mann Bly, 71, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away February 22, 2014. He was born September 2, 1942 in Franklin MA. He worked for Spray Tech for 22 years. He is survived by his spouse, Cheryl Bly of Oklahoma City; his children, Anthony Bly of Oklahoma City; Charles Bly of Midwest City; Amber Harmeyer of Syracuse, NY; Tammi Hunt of St. Louis, MO; Jerad Bly of Ft. Bragg, NC; and Aubrey Aberts of Oklahoma City; 10 grandchildren; Zackery, Alec, Christopher, Daniel, Forest, Sebastian, Jasmine, Isabella, Bailey and Kennedi. He was proceded in death by his father, Hermann, his mother, Doris, daughter Nicole and grandson Elijah.
