Charles Edward “Chuck” Norman 76, of Newalla passed away May 3, 2012. Chuck was born October 9, 1935 in Blair, OK to Toney Moses Norman and Bessie Erma (Chitty) Norman. He served his Country in the U.S. Army as an Artillery Meteorological Specialist and trained the Japanese Army in Meteorology while stationed in Japan. Chuck was an Offset Pressman for the Oklahoma Tax Commission and retired in 1999 after 21 years of service.
He is survived by 2 daughters; Dana Smith & husband Bill of Noble, Debra Craycraft of Oklahoma City; 3 grandchildren; Kristy Lewis and husband Stephen, Braeden Smith & Cheron West, 2 great grandchildren; Brianna West and Nate West. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister; Carole Burgess. The family will receive friends 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 7, 2012 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, Del City, OK with interment at 2:00 p.m. at IOOF Cemetery, Noble.
