Charlotte J. Akin

Charlotte Akin was born May 4, 1945 to Obie and Mae Longan. She was full of love, laughter, and joy. One of her greatest treasures was being Nanny to her grandchildren and adoptive grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling and spoiling her favorite child Sara Louise.

Charlotte was married to Jd Akin for 19 years. She was a wonderful mother to three loving daughters, Barbara Mooney and husband Bob, Cindy Berman and husband Scott, Teresa Fife and husband Tracy, Michelle Cisneros and husband Omar, Chris Akin and Sara Louise.

Her grandchildren are Sumer Gaiski and husband Steven, Paul McAllister and Shelby, Kylee Mooney and fiancé Chris, Nick McAllister, Carly & Tara Vickers, Macy Fife, and Angela, Omar, Emily, Gracie & Daniel Cisneros. Her great grandchildren are Madison & Bailey Gaiski and Payslee McAllister. She will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephew, cousins and countless friends including her Sister in law and more importantly her friend Mary Schoenfelder.
