Charlotte Annette Rogers, 77 of Oklahoma City, OK passed away June 22, 2015. She was born November 26, 1937 in Greer County, OK to Thomas Ebron Mosley, Jr and Alice (Herron) Mosley. Charlotte was a 1955 graduate of Capitol Hill High School. She began working at TAFB in 1957. She met Jimmie Rogers on a blind date set up by his dad and married March 2, 1962. Charlotte continued working at TAFB as an Administrative Assistant for the Systems Program Office and BIB until her retirement in 1990.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas E. Mosley, Sr and her parents. She is survived by her husband, Jimmie Rogers of the home; daughter Jeanette Miller and husband Glen of Bartlesville, OK; son Clayton Rogers and wife Mary , of Tuttle, OK; and grandsons Taylor and Jordan Miller, who were her pride and joy; sister Janna Howard and husband Buddy of Phoenix, AZ , and many nieces and nephews. “People are like flowers and it has been a privilege to walk through your garden.”
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Country Estates Baptist Church with interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations can be made to Healing Hearts Clinic in C/O Country Estates Baptist Church.
