Having a father in the Air Force, David lived many places: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Georgia, France, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
As a child, David won several ribbons for his artwork. He was a member of Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts. In high school, he was on the golf team. He graduated Midwest City High School in 1973. He later joined the Army and was stationed in Germany. After the Army, David became an electrician. His trade took him to live in Wyoming, Arkansas and Texas. He later moved back to Oklahoma to reside in El Reno.
David always liked cars. Once he was retired, he had more time to restore vehicles, which he enjoyed very much.
David is preceded in death by his father Roy Montambault.
David is survived by: Wife Anne Montambault of El Reno. Mother Runelle Montambault of Midwest City.
Sister Judy Myers and husband Tony of Nebraska. Sister Ann Marie Montambault of Edmond. Sister Kathy McClure and husband James of Midwest City.
Daughter Melissa Montambault. Son Daniel Montambault of Arkansas. Two grandsons. Six nieces and nephews and four great nephews.
