Debbie loved to sing and enjoyed all types of music. Her joyful spirit and humorous stories made everyone laugh. Her favorite activities included eating supper—or, as she called it, “suppah”—listening to music, watching SpongeBob on TV, and relaxing in her rocking recliner. Her mornings always began the same way -listening to Good Morning America and enjoying oatmeal for breakfast. Oatmeal was a must; Debbie loved her routine and the simple comforts that made her happy.
Debbie will be remembered for her love of music, her laughter, and the simple joys she shared with those around her.
She was preceded in death by her father William “Bill” Collins and mother Angela Collins Fogarty.
Debbie is survived by her sister Melinda Ulmer and her husband J.R., her brother Greg Collins, her nephew Steve Ulmer and wife Stephanie; and her niece Dani Davis and husband Daniel.
Visitation will be held at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
A Funeral Service will take place at the same location at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 22, 2026.
