Donna Ellen Smith

Donna married Patrick Theodore Smith on March 28, 2015 after 19 years together. She lived in Oklahoma her whole life, and chose to move to Moore, OK to be closer to her children. She was a retired cosmetologist, and spent the rest of her days as a homemaker to care for her family. She was a member of Life Church. Her favorite colors were baby blue and light pink, and she liked listening to all kinds of different music, some of her favorites being REO Speedwagon, Guns N’ Roses, Phil Collins, Ozzy Osbourne, and Tracy Chapman. She also loved watching movies on repeat.

Donna’s favorite pastime was to spend time with her family, who were the most important thing to her. She especially loved to see her grandchildren laughing and having fun. She loved to host the Holidays in her home.

She was a brave and courageous woman, and a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, and wife. She would want to be remembered as healthy, full of love, and joy. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her son, Nicholas Menchaca, and her mother, Sherry Smith.

She is survived by her husband of 9 years, Patrick Smith; five children, Elizabeth Wiyninger of Moore, OK, Anthony Menchaca of Oklahoma City, Kaitlyn Lacek (spouse Ashton) of Moore, Patrick Smith Jr. (spouse Katlyn) of Yuba, and Steven Smith (spouse Autumn) of Oklahoma City; her father, Robert Smith; and two brothers, Michael Bishop of Warr Acres and Jeffery Bishop (spouse Melanie) of Midwest City. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 6 nieces, 7 nephews, 3 dogs, and 1 cat.

A visitation for Donna will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115. A funeral service will occur at 2pm Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City, Oklahoma.
