Her life spanned from a time when her family’s main means of transportation was horse and buggy to a life of travel by jet airplane—all challenges she greeted with determination. She found her greatest joy and pride in her family and her life as the wife of a Methodist minister.
She was preceded in death by Rev. Hugh H. Harrison (husband), Melvin (son), and Phyllis Reneau (daughter). Survivors include Martha Roche (John), Bill Harrison (Loretta); grandchildren, Mark Harrison, Laura Moser, Greg Roche, Karen Holt, Tom Reneau and Jon Reneau; great-grandchildren, Geoff Harrison, Olivia and Ian Moser, Adrian and Trevor Holt, Parker and Shelby Roche, Ava and Emerson Reneau. Dorothy departed this life secure in the knowledge that she would be met by family and friends who preceded her in death and a loving God.
