Duane Arthur Hall, 92, of Midwest City, passed away September 5, 2017 in Midwest City. He was born November 30, 1924 in Berwyn, Illinois, the son of Chester and Eunice (Bair) Hall, the oldest of six children. In 1968 he had worked at the Derby Gas Station in Del City. He was also employed by the Oklahoma City Post Office, OK Natural Gas and had worked as a Security Guard. Duane was a veteran of the United States Army. He proudly served during WWII and received the Victory Medal. He was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the US. He and Madge Pumphrey were united in marriage on February 24, 1945 in Oklahoma City. She preceded him in death on September 1, 1983. He was also preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dale Hall and John Hall and by a sister, Joyce Ann Winger. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Jerry Willoughby; grandchildren Michael Willoughby and Lori Ann Shapel and husband Richard; great- grandchild, Mason Willoughby; brother, Joel Hall and sister, Kathryne Stracci. Visitation will be held Friday, September 8, 2017 from 1pm to 5pm and Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 9am to 1pm at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 3:30pm at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City.
