Elmer was a proud Vietnam and U.S. Air Force Veteran of 22 years. He also retired from the Oklahoma Tax Commission as an auditor supervisor. He was a kind and loving family man. Family was very important to him. He married the love of his life Peggy in March of 1956.
Elmer is preceded in death by his parents Emmett and Venice, his daughter Viccy, his sisters; Geraldine, Treva, and Merline. He is survived by his wife Peggy, son Eric, brothers; Edward and wife Mary, Guy and wife Karen, Grandchildren; Matthew, Kirk, Sabrina, Christopher, and Kayla, four great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Each of us in our own way will cherish his memory and celebrate his life, as we thank him for giving us the honor to be a part of his. A Funeral service will be held 10:00a.m. Tuesday August 5, 2014 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast with internment to follow at Dixie Cemetery (Near Ringling, OK).
