She became a Christian at a young age and was baptized in a country creek. Upon graduating from Yeager High School, she later received a business education from Holdenville Jr. College. During WWII, she worked at Camp Gruber in Muskogee, OK. She later retired from Big Four Cold Storage in OKC. In May 1961 she met and married Alvie Lee White, while together they raised 3 children. Upon her retirement she did food demos, loved gardening, and was a gifted painter.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband and sisters; Ruby Cox (CA), Eunice Havens (Lawton),brother, Eugene Poteet (OKC), grandsons; Sean Barnes (CA), Dustin Dye (Moore), son-in-law, Lyndel Blanton (Edmond), favorite cousin, Forney Sandlin (Muskogee).
Survivors include children; Barbara Blanton (Edmond), Paula Kramer (Jeff) TX, son, Michael Cebulesky (Donna) (TX), numerous beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 2PM Tues. Oct. 17, 2017, at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
