Emogene Agnes Russell Teter was born in Arbela, Missouri on October 9, 1915. She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur Lewellan Russell and Lula McFarland Russell and her husband Wilbur Clayton Teter. Survivors include two sons and their wives; Jim Teter and Melba of Longwood, Florida; John Teter and Marcia of San Antonio, TX; Two granddaughters; Kelly Palmer her husband Jake and great-grandchildren Brooke and Ben; Holly Ansalado her husband James and great-granddaughter Katelyn; step-granddaughter; Amber DeMorse, her husband Dan and their children Cameron and Kylie; 2 nieces: Doris Raleigh of Colorado Springs, CO, and Norma Cook of Midland, TX., 2013.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., on June 22, 2013, with funeral services at 11:00 a.m., in the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, 5005 S.E. 29th Street, Del City, Oklahoma, followed by interment at Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
