Eulice was born in Antlers, Oklahoma to N.B. and Ruby Jo Kincaid Mann. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife of 25 years, Reva Mae Mann in 2012. He is survived by his Mother, Ruby of Shawnee, OK, brother, Roy Mann of Valley Brook, OK, sisters; Mary Jo Nelson and family of Valley Brook, OK, Sybil Ash and Michael Bowen and family of Shawnee, OK, Paul and Bobby Jo Potts and family of Shawnee, OK, Joseph Potts of Shawnee, OKC, step-brother and sister Timothy of Shawnee, OK, and Cheryl Nelson of Warr Acres, OK, Aunt Wilma Schmitt of IL, and granddaughter , Rachelle Keegan of Las Vegas, NV. He had a kind spirit and very loving heart. He will be missed by his family and friends in Valley Brook. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2017 in Sunny Lane Cemetery
