Eva Lucile Baker, 92, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born February 3, 1923 to W.A. (Boot) Miller and Minnie McCoy Miller in Vinita, Oklahoma. Eva married Garland A. Baker on October 20, 1943, who preceded her in 2000. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and retired from Tinker Air Force Base. Eva was preceded by her parents, husband, three sisters, two nieces and two nephews. She is survived by one sister, Edna McCoy Richmond, one niece, Rita Richmond Lorenz and family of Joplin, Missouri, and two nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 2, 2015, 10:30, at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel, Del City, Oklahoma, with interment to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
