Felix was born on June 13, 1933 in Hanna, OK to Albert and Nora (Starr) Gouge.
Felix cherished his Native America culture, and spent much of his life educating his family and friends
about the Muscogee Creek tribe. He served over four years in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War era.
He later retired from the U.S. Postal Service after forty two years. He married the love of his life Minnie Frank.
He loved traveling, riding horses, basketball, and stickball games. Felix spent many memorable years attending
ceremonial functions. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Minnie; seven children;
Leonard and wife Johnna Gouge, Tresa Gouge and husband Steve Morris, Sonny and wife Syreeta Gouge,
Timmy and wife Tami Gouge, Doreen Gouge and husband Alex Casio, Alicia Gouge, Dwayne Gouge;
brothers, Cecil and wife Aggie Gouge, William Gouge, Zurndorf Billy; sisters, Louise Gouge, Nancy Deere,
Tina Gouge, Della Gouge-Cherny, eight grandchildren, six great grandchildren, three nieces, and six nephews.
