Felix served in both the Air Force and the Navy during his life, and worked at Tinker Air Force Base in Del City, OK as a civil service employee. He was a member of the India Shrine Temple of Oklahoma City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Mary.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Roger and Gary, and their families; 1 brother, Manuel; and 4 sisters, Delpha, Madeline, Virginia, and Mary.
A memorial service for Felix will be held at 10am Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home in Del City, OK.
