Frances is preceded in death by her parents, sister Ruth Hubbard and brother Joe Williams. She is survived by her husband and love of her life of 52 years Raymond Kerr, daughter Lana and husband Todd Stowe, sisters Adeline Brown, Helen Huckaby, and brother Harvey Williams; 3 step children, 7 grandchildren including Michael and Lacey Holloway, Justin Barnhill and Jarrod Barnhill, and 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Frances was a beautician and had her own salon for many years.
She loved being with her family and occasionally playing jokes on them. She enjoyed casinos, bingo and loved her basketball, especially the OKC Thunder. Frances was a precious jewel to all her loved ones, a diamond in the sky, now a forever Angel watching protectively over her loved ones.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, June 15, 2015 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel with interment at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
