He enjoyed watching wrestling, and westerns. Franklin especially enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Delores, one sister,Flora Mae Haggy, his children; Linda Ashley, Paula Garner, Joe Garner, and April Garner Bone, seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two daughters; Rhonda and Sharon Garner.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Sunny Lane Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.sunnylanefuneralhome.com
