Fred James Lawrence, 76, died Wednesday, November 4, 2009, in Oklahoma City. He was born July 13, 1933 in Oklahoma City to Hobart Wilson and Mary Ruth (Hatcher). Fred was a concrete finisher on both residential and commercial projects for over fifty years and a member of the Baptist church. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Ivan, Dean and Darrell. Survivors include his sister, Shirley Morrison, and her husband, Dwight; and a son, Michael Lawrence. His funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 9, 2009 at the Sunny Lane Chapel.Arrangements under the direction of Sunny Lane Funeral Home and Cemetery, Del City, OK.
