Howard was a motorcycle racer, and owned Mid-Del Motorcycles since 1969. He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his two sons; Joseph and wife Nicole Musgrove of Detroit, TX. , Chuck and wife Wendy Musgrove of Moore, OK. one step-daughter, Tracy Gaunt of Oklahoma City, OK, two grandchildren Steele and Raelin.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents, wife Jean, one brother Ronnie, and one son Randy.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday October 14, 2017, at the Sunny Lane Cemetery.
