Ila Ruth January Born on May 4, 1923, in Comanche, OK was a long-time resident of Del City, OK. She passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Willis and her son Gene. She is survived by two children, LaVerne and Brian as well as six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. Ruth loved bowling and quilting. She was the happiest when her entire family gathered at her home. She had a wonderful smile that could light up a room. If there was a way to lift up someone’s day, Ruth was ready to help. Ruth and Willis were kind, generous people who were always helping those less fortunate.
