

Jackie Earl Logan, 73, passed away August 17, 2011 in Piedmont, OK. He was born January 4, 1938 in Oklahoma City, OK., to Frank and Erlene (West) Logan. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and later retired from the Oklahoma City Fire Dept. Jackie married Rosie Williams on August 22, 1963. They had two children. He had a very caring nature and loved his family. He enjoyed being outside doing yard work, collecting coffee cups, being around horses, and spending time with “Snickers” his dog. He was an avid hunter also. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include daughter Shari Logan and companion Sean Douglas of Blanchard, OK. Grandson Kevin William Freel of Blanchard, OK., and special friend Dorothy Tamanaha of Choctaw, OK. Preceded in death by both parents, his wife Rosie, and son Troy Logan. Funeral Services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City, OK. with Interment at Arlington Memory Gardens. Reception for sharing stories will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Family Reception Center at 3900 S.E. 29th Street, Del City, OK.
