

James Kenneth Stovall, Jr. of Newalla, OK, passed away on August 18, 2015. He was born on March 5, 1973 in Oklahoma City, OK. James was a kind son, caring brother, devoted husband and loving father. From an early age James new the value of hard work and dedication. His natural athletic ability and enthusiasm for sports accomplished many football, wrestling and baseball titles. He translated these skills into successfully running his own business and providing for his family. James’ family was always his first priority. James was known for doing absolutely anything for his children, giving them everything they ever needed, and practically everything they could ever want. James always recognized the importance of experiencing life and did everything he could to ensure those around him were having a good time. Everyone who knew James well could count on him for a laugh, even if the context was often inappropriate. He was truly a blessing to all those around him. Although it is a side that he would rarely show, James could be very sweet, tender, and even romantic. James was also a supportive and considerate big brother to his siblings, who knew they could count on him for anything. James was a son that made his parents beyond proud. James is survived by his fiancé, Faith Brunson of Newalla, whom he loved deeply; his children Bradley Stovall, Jamie Stovall, Jacob Brunson and Lucas Brunson; his siblings, sister Kristina Kirk of Stroud, brother Bryan Kirk of Ponca City, brother Brenden Stovall of Midwest City, sister Stephenie Stovall of New York City, and sister Michelle Lawrence of Midwest City, OK; his father James Kenneth Stovall, Sr. of Oklahoma City, OK and step-father John Lawrence of Midwest City, OK. James was preceded in death by his mother Virginia Lawrence of Midwest City, OK. No words can describe the monumental impact James had on so many. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends have fond memories of times with James. James Kenneth Stovall, Jr. was a great man that will be dearly missed.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City, Oklahoma.
