Jeffrey Lewis Winans

Jeffrey Lewis Winans was born on February 10th, 1958 in San Antonio, TX to L.H. “Buddy” Winans and Mary Virginia Turner. He passed away peacefully on March 6th, 2024 at his home, surrounded by his wife and brother Riley Finley.

He met the love of his life, Nancy, at Pick’s Fine Foods of Oklahoma City in 1973. It was love at first sight. They married on September 15th, 1979 and spent the next 44 years flying, fishing, boating, going to NASCAR races and just enjoying life together.

Jeff retired with the United States Marshals Service as a professional pilot after 20 years of dedicated service. He is preceded in death by his parents, L.H. Winans and Mary Virginia Turner. He is survived by his sister, Pamela Goodwin of Ecuador and his wife of the home Nancy K. Winans and many in-laws, nieces, nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
