She was a graduate of Del City High School and retired from Tinker Air Force Base after more than 20 years of employment. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her roses, crafts, traveling, genealogy, vacationing with her family, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Jeri was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Ables; and first husband, Joseph Leon Arther. Survivors include her husband, Joseph Vierra; mother, Beverly Ables; daughters, Tamra Ward and husband, Brian, Julie Lynn and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Madison and Mackenzie Ward, Braiden and Ryleigh Lynn; sister, Linda White.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 21, 2014 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Interment will follow at the Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
