Jerrell “Jerry” Eugene Dansby, age 52 of Oklahoma City passed away January 5, 2014 in Oklahoma City. He was born November 28, 1961 in Abilene, Texas to Jerrell Dansby, Sr and Virginia Sanders Dansby. Survivors included mother Virginia Sanders Dansby, brothers Danny Dansby of Lewisville Texas, David Cason of Ashland City Tennessee, and sister Debra Dansby Smay of Oklahoma City, niece Amy Dansby, nephews David Dansby, Ryan Dansby, Dillan Dansby, Jessey Dansby and Taylor Dansby. Preceded him in death was his father Jerrell Dansby, Sr. on March 8, 1995. He was a great artist and loved to collect comic books. He was funny and always had a story for his niece and nephews.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel. Jerry will be buried at Center Cemetery in Hartley Arkansas on Saturday, January 11, 2014.
