Jerry Lee Fogle Sr

Gerald Lee Houston Fogle, Sr. passed away at the age of 67 on November 25th, 2007 from complications of an aortic aneurysm in Tulsa, OK. He was born January 5, 1940 to John & Wanda Fogle in OKC. He retired as a mechanic of various types of machine rebuilding, mainly large air compressors and other types of work.

He married Ruth Cartwright in Norman, OK on June 26, 1993, and they made their home in Stroud, OK where they enjoyed nature, freedom and visiting with others at Oak Lake Trails.

He is preceded in death by his parents John Fogle, Wanda Roady, step-father Calvin Roady, brother Dean, wife Margaret Fogle, a son Ronny and a grandson Carey.

He is survived by his 2nd wife Ruth of the home, 2 brothers Johnny & wife Linda of Washington State, Rick & wife Ann of OKC, 1 sister Geni Roady of Edmond, 3 sons Jimmy & wife Diane of OKC, Jerry Jr. and wife Sharon of OKC, Thomas Overton of Stroud, 3 daughters Dianna & husband Richard Harris of Noble, Becky & husband Wendell Roberson of Oklahoma City, Teresa and husband Dwayne Wilkerson of Shawnee,10 grandchildren & 7 great-great grandchildren and many, many friends.

Funeral will be 2:00 PM, Friday, November 30, 2007 at Sunny Lane Funeral Home in Del City with burial following at Blanchard Cemetery.
