

Jimmy enjoyed making jewelry, working on cars, traveling, collecting animals, gardening, horseback riding, and he was an amazing artist. He had especially fond memories of his time in JROTC while a student at Fort Knox High School, in Fort Knox, Kentucky, where he attained the rank of Sergeant 1st Class. He was a skilled marksman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Tommie Darlene Ladd, Janet Lee Ladd and Jerry Lee Curry. Survivors include his loving wife and soulmate, Patti Ann O’Ross-Ladd; parents, Dale and Barbara Curry; father Tommy Ladd (Tommie Jean); daughter, Hayley Dawn Ladd; sister, Cheryl Dill-Curry (Rick); nephew, Chris Curry (Nicole); and his beloved cats, Dakota and Portland.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at the Sunny Lane Cemetery. Family and friends may meet prior to the service at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at 5005 SE 29th at 1:30 p.m. and will be gathering afterwards at a nearby restaurant.
