JoAnn was born on June 8, 1938, to Ernest and Clara Marie (Johnson) Logue in Fort Dodge, Iowa and raised in Livermore. JoAnn married Larry Lee Stiltz on January 29, 1955, and together they were blessed with four children: Anthony Lee, Cynthia Jo, Mark Edward, and Timothy David. Larry went to be with the Lord on April 21, 1973. After his passing, JoAnn devoted herself to raising her children with strength, love, and unwavering faith in the Lord. In time, God blessed her with love once again, and she married Norman Leroy Dull. Together, they shared more than 30 beautiful years of marriage filled with love, faith, laughter, and treasured memories.
Known lovingly to her family as “Granny” and affectionately as “The BIG Boss,” JoAnn lived a life defined by deep grace, unwavering faith, and a loving spirit. From an early age, she walked closely with the Lord and faithfully served Him and those around her. Her hands were rarely still, as she devoted her life to caring for others, comforting those in need, and raising her children and family in the love and teachings of the Lord.
JoAnn showered her family and friends with endless love, kindness, and devotion. She found joy in the simple blessings of life and cherished the time she spent with the people she loved most. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, camping and RVing, and baking. She especially loved getting together with family and creating sweet memories. She had a special way of turning ordinary moments into cherished memories. Her faith, strength, love, and beautiful spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
JoAnn worked as an Executive Manager for Bank of America before retiring.
JoAnn is survived by her loving husband, Norman Leroy Dull; her children; grandchildren; and extended family, who will forever carry her love and legacy in their hearts.
