Joe Max Vargas, 72, passed away September 28, 2010 in Oklahoma City. He was born February 1 3, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Max and Filiberta Munoz Vargas. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a quiet gentle man that will be missed by all that knew him. He is survived by half sister Ruth Warner. Private family services are 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 2, 2010.
