He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and playing poker.
John is survived by his wife Shelly, two sons; Brendan Brannon, and Christopher Tudor, one daughter Amy Witt, two brothers; Kenneth Brannon, and William Lancaster, one sister, Vickie Knight, and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son John Brannon, Jr.
Visitation will be held Friday February 17 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 18, 2017, at the Sunny Lane Funeral Home Chapel.
