

Joseph S. Luna, 94, passed away on March 12, 2015. He was born on December 17, 1920 in Newton, Kansas to Dionicio and Petra (Sandoval) Luna. Joseph proudly served during WWII in the US Army. He worked as a plastic specialist for Boeing in Wichita, Kansas. He was admired by everyone he worked with for being such a hard worker. He later owned and operated a dry cleaner in Moore, Oklahoma. Joseph was truly a great man, a wonderful provider, and a gentleman. He had a peace about him that will go unmatched along with his keen sense of humor, a love for life, family and God.
He enjoyed traveling, riding his motorcycle, RV traveling, golfing, and working in the community. He was a faithful member and a loyal servant of Hillcrest Heights Baptist Church. He drove the church bus and served as a door keeper for the Lord.
Joseph was preceded in death by his parents and three siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Jeanette; seven children, a brother, three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
He was loved by everyone and will be missed.
