Juanita Nilaree Peeler Arpoika was born to Lee & Lona Peeler on 7/7/27 in Danville, Arkansas. Lee worked building bridges for the WPA which took the family all over the United States. They later settled in Oklahoma when Lee took a job as an iron worker. Juanita graduated from Crooked Oak High School in 1945.
After graduating high school Juanita's friend Dovie introduced her to her brother Charlie when he came home from serving in WWII. Juanita and Charlie were married on 11/13/45. They had three children Neketa, Nilaree and William.
Juanita loved caring for her family, spending time with her grand children and bowling. She loved serving on the Pittsburg County voter's Registration Board for the Tannehill precinct.
Juanita was proceded in death by her parents Lee and Lona Peeler, husband Charlie, her daughter Nilaree, son in law Dale Moore, grand son's Larry Moore and Terrance Moore, sister's Opal and Wilda, brother's Earl and Robert. She is survived by her daughter Neketa, son William, several grand children, great & great great grand children, sisters and brother.
