Julio Cesar Leonor, age 29, passed away December 27, 2009. Julio was born March 14, 1980 in Oklahoma City, OK to Jose and Estela Leonor. Julio enjoyed music, dancing and having a good time. He loved his daughter Izabella she was his number one. He also loved talking to his friends on the telephone. He was a great father, son, brother. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents: Jose Luis Leonor & Estela Leonor, daughter: Izabella Payne; brother: Jesse Leonor; sister: Joyce Leonor Deras; brother: Joel Leonor. Preceded in death by sister: Blanca Rocio Leonor.
