Kathryn “Nadine” Karry, 83, of Oklahoma City, went to be with the Lord on Thursday August 29, 2019. She was born on January 2, 1936, in Mound City, Kansas, to Eunice Kathleen Belle DeMott Beckwith and Oliver Scott Beckwith.
Nadine married Harold E. Karry who was her high school sweetheart on May 29, 1953. Together they built a life with love and hard work. Nadine and Harold raised four children who along with their grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the joy of her life.
Nadine was a gifted cook and was in her element when she had a house full of guests to feed and an audience to listen to her stories. Also important to Nadine were her friends. When you were Nadine’s friend, you were her friend for life.
Nadine was preceded in death by her loving husband Harold, of 57 years, two infant children Rhonda Lee and John Oliver, and her parents.
She is survived by her four children; son, Robert and wife Nancy Karry, of Del City, daughter Della and husband David Murray of Sacramento , CA, son, Patrick and wife Cathy Karry of Edmond, OK, son, Michael and wife Angela Karry of Choctaw, six grandchildren; Christine Allen, Nicole Allen, Matthew Karry, Scott Karry, Bradley Karry, and Joseph Karry, great-grandchildren; Skylar King, and Lucas Karry, one brother, Darrell Beckwith of Missoula, Montana, and sister Juliena Darling of Missoula, Montana.
