Kim Rene Johns née Williams died on December 15th, 2021 in Del City, Oklahoma. She was born in Elk City, Oklahoma to Robert M. Williams and Betty June Williams on August 28, 1959. She was the youngest of 4 siblings.
Kim passionately spent 30 years caring for children throughout Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas, amassing multiple kids that she would always call ‘hers’. She loved crafting of all sorts, listening to a good book, and telling stories. Kim was a dedicated mother, wife, daughter and sister and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Johns, her children Jennifer, Jessica and Cody, grandchildren Micaela, Brian, Chloe, Gavin, her father Robert M. Williams, her sisters Deb Schlenker and Donna Heidelberg and brother, Bobby Williams and multiple nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, June.
The funeral will take place at Soldier Creek Baptist Church 9021 SE 15th St, Midwest City, OK 73130 on December 28th, 2021 at 10:00am. Burial to follow immediately after at Resthaven 500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139.
