Laura has been the only friend that would go beyond being a friend she was my sister! I remember the day i was in hospital and it was my birthday, May 6 and i was there for Mother's day and she came in to visit and had a big canvas bag with so many goodies, from adults coloring books, coloring pencils to new underwear, and two beautiful angle plaques that has a little friend poem. I have that hanging in my kitchen so eveytime I see it i say what beautiful angels that my best friend gave me. She was able to get to see them one day when she can over. She was always thinking about others first. Laura, you will live on for ever in my heart, and never be forgotten. Descanse en paz amiga! ⚘⚘🌻😢

Laura was my first cousin, as our Dads (Jarl and Roger Bergland) were brothers. So many happy memories of our times growing up together - her in Grand Forks and we were in Northwood. Laura had a warm, sweet personality and a quick smile for everyone. She was so kind and very much like her Mom, Marlys. Her wittiness, of course, came from the Bergland’s (humility also). I am so sorry to hear of her passing away and will forever treasure those memories of her.

Thinking back to GF & spending time with all the family as the "kids" grew up. Many are gone; blessings to family at this sad time. May Laura rest in peace.
