Lee served as the drum major for the Sulphur High School marching band in 1985-86. Lee worked for CSAA Insurance and in his spare time, he enjoyed watching Miami Dolphins football and building WWII tank and aircraft models. Lee could often be found watching the History channel, brushing up and fine tuning his knowledge on American History; and he loved going to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, taking nature walks and visiting their Nature Center.
He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Delma; daughter, Alicia Jewell Bowen; parents, Rick and Alice Bowen; brother, Rex D. Bowen; and nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss him dearly. His infectious, belly laugh was contagious and will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Norman Regional Health Foundation for mental health services only.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the Choctaw Road Baptist Church, Choctaw, Oklahoma. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
