She called Del City her home since 1963. She loved books and spent many hours at the public library. She was an avid reader and was always reading 2 or 3 books at one time. One of her favorite hobbies was golf. For many years she enjoyed playing in a women’s golf league in Midwest City. In her 40’s Linda went back to school at Rose State College where she discovered her passion for learning and where she received the honor of Summa Cum Laude – one of her proudest achievements. She was always an inspiration to the younger students. For many years she attended silver sneakers classes at the YMCA. She loved learning the art of tai chi and made many friends. And, although she didn’t really need to lose any weight, she faithfully attended her weekly weight watcher’s meetings.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Joe C. Molina, and her sisters Patricia Gomez, Rosita Bagliore and Jenna Minnick.
Those left to cherish her memories are her children Arlisa Kim Pellegrino (Nick), of Tucson, AZ, Joey Molina II (Julie) of Dallas, TX and Chris Molina of Dallas, TX. her grandchildren, Christine Martinez (Antonio), Joey Molina III, John Luke Molina, Alex Pellegrino, Austin Pellegrino, and Abby Pellegrino, all of whom lovingly called her MiMi and her great-grandchildren, Jessica Martinez, Emily Marinez, and Nicholas Pellegrino II. She is also survived by her siblings Idella Wright, Stella Charton, and Mario Meza.
In lieu of flowers, please donate, in her honor, to the charity of your choice.
