I can’t believe it has been 3 years since you gained your angel wings, Lisa! I still think of you often and miss you even more when your comments and pictures pop up in Facebook “memories!” I always think of you when I see beautiful floral designs and remember you making and delivering to me a beautiful decorated broom for my front door out of the blue just because you thought I’d like it. You were a great friend and a beautiful soul. 

When I first met Lisa, it was crystal clear that my son David was in love and I was too. Never will I forget the looks in David's eyes, and I too was touched by this Beautiful tall blue eyed  Angel. Lisa brought so  much love and happiness to our family, and am so  proud to have been blessed in having her in our family. Especially, my son David who was made the happiest man on earth having Lisa in hes life 36 wonderful years. I knew on that day that she would become David's wife & would give him a family and make me a grandma for the 1st time! She was gorgeous, generous, thoughtful and loving and we so enjoyed her gleefulness, it was  contagious. Thank you Lord for the sweet memories of our Lisa, the sunshine of our lives, and will always be with us forever. We all will miss her 
eternally.

I am in shock of just learning about Lisa’s death and of her cancer diagnosis. Many times I wanted to get in touch with Lisa after I retired from teaching but life happens and I never did.  I can’t imagine the tremendous loss the whole family must be feeling as you are going through this very difficult time. I had sweet Zachary in my first grade class at Buckalew and it didn’t take me long to realize that Lisa was every bit as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. My heart is hurting for you all...I’m just so sorry I didn’t know about this~I’m praying God will wrap His loving arms around you all as you try to find comfort in the many beautiful memories of your dear, precious Lisa.  Just seeing all the pictures of Lisa and your family is bringing me to tears💜💜💜

Lisa had the kindest heart!!  She loved her family so very much.  I always loved being around her, she could always make me laugh.  I’ll always remember playing scrabble with her and our dear friend Mary’s dad while he was ill.  No matter how busy she was she always had time for others.  Rest In Peace beautiful!
