Loda married Gus Coughran on June 24, 1939. She loved her husband and two daughters very much. Loda was a faithful member of OKC Faith Tabernacle Church for 28 years. She loved her Lord, church and church family. She enjoyed sewing and worked as a seamstress for J.B. Battle Uniform Company until retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gus; four sisters, Luda Mae, Dorothy, Willie, and Madie; one brother, Hershel. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Lucille and Florence Ann; three brothers, D.W. McClain, R.C. McClain and wife, Billie, Gerald McClain and wife, Betty.
The visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be held at OKC Faith Tabernacle Church, I40 & Portland, Saturday, December 28, 2013 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Arlington Memory Gardens.
