Mable Frances Downs, 69, of Del City, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on August 28, 2012. She was born on July 25, 1943 in Richmond, Virginia to Jesse L. and Lurline “Jimmie” Ragland. Mable is preceded in death by both of her parents as well as one son, Ernest Downs. She is survived by her sons; Mike and Marc Downs, grandchildren; Dustin, Chelsea, Alyssa, Kayla, Stormy and Jaclyn as well as her siblings, Bettye, Tom and Brenda. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 10:00 am at Sooner Baptist Church in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
