Mary Maxine Davis, of Newalla, OK born on May 3, 1920 is now walking with Jesus her Savior having come to the end of this life’s journey on February 9, 2011. Maxine will be remembered by family and friends for her strong faith and her ability to make everyone feel special. She is preceded in death by infant daughter Judy and husband Haskell. She is survived by daughter Mona “Susie” and Deon Duke of Ninnekah, OK, son Jerry and Connie Davis of Oklahoma City, son Johnny and Anita Davis of Oklahoma City, son Jim and Debby Davis of Choctaw, OK, son Rob and Beth Davis of Choctaw, OK, 15 grandchildren 38 great grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild who all simply adored their Nana and each felt they were her favorite. She entrusted to us a legacy of unending love. She is also survived by her brother D.W. and Sharon Pierce of McAlester, OK and a plethora of extended family and friends all dearly loved. Services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Eagle Heights Church (SW 119th and I-44). Viewing will be at the funeral home from 8 AM -9 PM Friday and until 11:00 AM on Saturday or at the church from 1:15 PM – 1:45PM.
