Norma worked as a telephone operator and later a forklift operator for Westinghouse and retired at an early age so she could travel with her husband. She enjoyed shrimp boils, going to the ocean, reading the Reader’s Digest, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; and two siblings, Helen Steinman and David Beeman. Survivors include her loving husband of 41 years, Louis Fetter; children, Michael Armstrong, Kenny Armstrong (Cindy), Ann Woodruff-Beard (Keith); five step-grandchildren; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and her little poodle mix, Moose.
