Otis devoted 30 years to the United States military serving in both the Army and Air Force. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, RVing, and watching Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy. Otis also service as a Mason for many years.
Otis was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Catledge; and step-son, Steven Hiler. Survivors include his loving wife of 23 years, Sharon; sons, Otis Hancock, Jr. (Sandra), Jeffrey Hancock; step-daughter, Kelley Haskins (Randy); grandchildren, Molly, Cort and Tyler Hancock; step-grandchildren, Ryan, Preston and Amy Haskins, T.J. Henderson; brothers, Lewis Hancock, and Bobby Hancock (Vicky).
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City, OK. Interment will follow at the Sunny Lane Cemetery. Condolences may be offered at www.eisenhourfuneral.com
