She was born on August 26, 1934 to parents Herbert Leroy Quarterman and Lillian W. Quarterman in New Orleans, LA.
She married Jack Kenneth Twomey on February 17, 1951 and they had three children, Jacquelyn, Deborah and Janice.
She worked in sales, and retired from Huttig Sash and Door.
Ouida Twomey is survived by her three daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and 8 siblings.
A visitation for Ouida will be held Monday, April 28, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115, with Mark Carr officiating. A funeral service will occur at 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home at Sunny Lane Cemetery, 4000 SE 29th Street, Del City, OK 73115.
Pallbearers will be Brian Norman, Brandon Norman, Steve Turner, Tim Calvert, Ron Hayes, and Kristopher Bell.
