surrounded by his family and friends. Owen loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening, and building bird houses. He also enjoyed playing music and
spending time playing with his grandchildren. He married the loved of his life, Lavone E. Duncan on October 12, 1952 they had three beautiful children;
Russell Allen Draper, Harvey Lyndon Draper, and Effie Jo Draper.
Owen was preceded in death by his parents; wife, son, Harvey Lyndon Draper; brothers, Luke Draper, and Loren Draper; sisters, Villa Hughes, Rudy Jewel
York, and Ruthie Pierce. He is survived by his children; Russell Draper and Effie Jo (Draper) Shoemake and her fiancée Peewee DeShazer; four
grandchildren, Scott (Brandi) Shoemake, Allie Shoemake, K.C. (Kelsy) Draper, and Cody Draper.
